Our Value Proposition

Value = Quality + Outcomes Divided by Cost | Scottsdale Cosmetic and Implant Dentist | Scottsdale Esthetic & Implant Dentistry

The perceived Value that is received for goods and services is a ratio based upon the Quality and the Outcomes divided by the Cost. An increase in Value of dental treatment is accompanied by an increase in the Quality of the work and the patient treatment Outcomes.

When you are presented with a treatment plan in our office, we do not want you to feel sticker shocked. The established fees are set based upon our Quality and Outcomes: our training, qualifications, the manner in which we approach patient care, the patient experience, and the caliber of the laboratories and materials we use.

If you are planning to visit a dentist who advertises themselves as a “cosmetic dentist,” ask them about their education and qualifications (beyond dental school) and what specific training they have had. Is your dentist just a general dentist, or are they a Prosthodontist? Have they completed an exhaustive three-year residency training program, or did they simply take a few weekend seminars (Continuing Education courses) or join a cosmetic academy?

You should also be sure to ask your dentist about the dental laboratories that they use: is it U.S.-based, or is it located in China, Mexico, etc? What is the quality and purity of the materials your dentist is using to make your “beautiful” smile?

In the purest sense, you will always get what you pay for. Cheap work is cheaply made, while higher quality work will have higher fees associated with them. We implore you to consider the benefits of pursuing a well made and long-lasting restoration from the beginning versus a cheaper stop-gap alternative. In the end, the “cheaper” low cost alternative provided by a general dentist will wind up costing even more after a specialist cleans up (through remakes and redoes).

At Scottsdale Esthetic & Implant Dentistry, our patients will never have to worry about these concerns. Both Dr. Hsieh and Dr. Hernandez have vast and comprehensive training in all aspects of cosmetic, implant, and restorative dentistry. We use the finest dental laboratories locally and across the U.S., as well as the highest quality materials available for our patients.
